Eric’s Coaching Philosophy is based on the following principles:

Commitment Joy

Suffering Perseverance

The journey of competition is a long and winding road filled with unexpected turns, dark caverns, potholes, and joyous discoveries. Everyone’s road is different, but the only way to brave it is with thousands of steps; most importantly after we fall down. That’s what Luv30 is all about. It’s knowing you have the power to never give up. It’s learning to focusing not on what you’ve lost, but on what you’ve learned. What do we do when we’re down Luv-30? We fight!

“All skills are perfected through the process of failure. Embrace loss as a necessary part of improvement.”

— Dr. Jerry Lynch
